Does anyone own a quest defier mk 11 bivvy and front porch. I've heard mixed reviews about this bivvy but for the price it seems like a bargain. Currently using a fox brolly system and not all that impressed with it to be honest. Any info would be great.

I have the mk2 and utility front. The bivvy has been excellent, although I haven't used the utility front yet.
Well made, with good thick 20,000 hh breathable material.
Lovely and dark inside, and no condensation issues with the skull cap fitted. Not sure I really need the internal vapour shield as well, to be honest, but it's no trouble to leave it in anyway.
Very easy to put up, including the zip in groundsheet.
I am well pleased with mine .
It is a true one man, but my Trakker ELS bedchair fits inside without any issues and doesn't touch the sides.
Obviously, it will be cavernous with the utility front fitted and very comfortable for longer sessions, if it ever gets cool enough again, here in deep south Louisiana !
Overall, hard to find fault with it really and the value goes without saying.
I would say buy with confidence !

I had one and used it once and sent it back under he 30 day money back guarantee . I found it to small I have the fox mk2 flatliner bedchair and found the bedchair pushed into the bivvy material at each end and front zip on front sloped of to much which ment you lost space at the front . The size dimension he states are ent to be the same as my Nash titan hide xl I own and I find the hide xl more spacious and bigger internally

Just my opinion yes but obviously the defier may be suitable for you obviously hide xl works out more expensive if you buy the other bits to go with it I had my hide xl long before the defier was on the market . If the defier appeals to u buy it as he offers the 30 day money back guarantee so if you ain't happy with it once you set it you can send it back

The titan t1 mk 11 also looks decent so I may consider one of them.

I hope the quality of the mk2 is vastly improved compared to the mk1 which was junk, fell apart in a couple of uses and went back for a refund.

The other thing to consider with these small companies is that its too easy for them to end up going under like Cyprinus, leaving you with no support or comeback.
