I went to France recently and whilst travelling the plastic push button on one of the legs has come off somehow. The leg will not lock now in place when you extend.

I've tried to speak with Trakker Spare parts but after initially replying the bloke at Trakker has not replied despite repeated attempts to contact them.

Has anyone had this problem before and any ideas how to fix it? I really can't afford to buy another bed at this time?

Have you tried the phone? Not sure if he still works there, but Gary used to be helpful. I never expect a reply from those website enquiry pages, we have one and the amount of spam that comes through means it's easy to miss the genuine enquiries.
