Was going to place an order for bulk bag of the aqua best pellets. Unfortunately I have no one to share the order with so just gonna get the 1 bag. What size would be more beneficial do you think the 6mm or 8mm?

Aller Aqua Best is available in 17mm. If dropped into water, if left untouched they will expand, but retain shape and integrity rather than turning to 'dust'.

Depends if there are nuisance fish present. If not id opt for a smaller pellet 4.5mm - 6mm if there is id probably go 11-17mm

Between those 2 sizes it hardly worth worrying about. The difference is minimal

8mm is a good size for spod mixes etc. Ive been using them for years. The 6mm is small and still roach fodder when fresh. (They are all roach food when soft)
For solid bags 2mm-4mm
