I have a CL winch cam which I have owned for 2 years and it has been nothing but problematic. The winch stopped working after using it only twice and it was then with CL for over 3 months whilst they fixed it. Unfortunately it now seems to have developed other issues. The picture on screen is like watching an old TV with an aerial on top - very fuzzy and flickering - this gets worse the further out you go. In addition the camera cord continually gets caught down the side of the spool even though the guard is there to prevent this from happening. As a result there are now several nicks in the cord which obviously won't be doing it any good and may be resulting in the poor quality image. I really don't want to send it back to CL and was wondering if anybody knew of any companies who may be able to sort this all out pls?
