I've fished there numerous times, it's one of my all time favourite waters. Last October I beat my personal best there with a 59lb mirror. Typically on our visits we have averaged around 40lb per fish. Its quite a small venue, best fished as part of a group on an exclusive booking as it requires some thought and team approach to make sure you are not crossing lines with other members of your party.
We have caught fish on a huge range of baits and tactics. No long range fishing tactics required. Bait boats are allowed though I've never found it necessary to use one. Under the right conditions a fish a day is my usual approach / target. It's never required a lot of bait on our trips, I've found it more suited to setting clever little traps with high quality boilies.
