Does anyone know where I can get one, please, as I have lost mine.

I did get the fast and light screw from Cipher, thinking it would fit, but it doesn't, sadly?

Have you checked it's not just a standard metric thread ? (Most are)

Off memory M12 or M14 comes to mind.
