Hey guys need advice. Got a 72b social with my brother next Thursday morning first thing (29th-2nd) had planned to go to linear just as the amount of lakes would hopefully allow a spot, but just seen it's pretty much all closed! Thinking farlows/thorny but just wondering how ppl have found these venues that time of week, ie are they redic busy. Or can anyone suggest a venue around/between Portsmouth/Stevenage are (where we live) don't want to be catching rotters but nice to have chance of some. I'm happy with farlows or thorney just worried it's going to be packed. Cheers guys

Thorney/Mets, should be reasonably quite, in day ticket terms, on a Thursday morning.

It will start filling up from Friday afternoon, though. Weed cutting on Thorney this week, so closed.

If it's of easy use, Danny's fished well the week after the weed cut last year.
