Has an amazing stock of fish.
The previous owners turned it into a fantastic holiday venue. Great house, swimming pool and above all fishing. It was only open a few weeks of the year and fished by 1, maybe 2 anglers a week.
The new owners have increased the number of weeks and anglers and put a bailiff in doing food packages etc. So probably a different clientele.
Only time will tell how this increased pressure will effect the fish and fishing.
It's a lot of money - £4k a week, but the fish are there.

Good luck if you go.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. The catch reports on their FB page are incredible, it's relatively small, 7 acres ish and only 6ft deep I was told. Good point about the fishing pressure , although it's only a max of 4 anglers. Sounds almost to good to be true especially as you are booking up years in advance. Job to know what to do.

I received some info about this place back in December and some photos.
New owners had taken it on.
Some cracking fish in there and looks the absolute business.
Im not surprised that it's booking up fast.

I had heard about this place before I knew the name for it . I then found out and enquired immediately via Facebook and email . I got the same generic reply from both . It's not likely I will be getting on the there .

I presume it will be repeat customers from now on .

I do think the fish weights are likely to drop now that it is under more pressure.
Are you sure?
