Does anyone know the main differences between the 700 and 650 cheaper versions, and is it worth spending the extra or not? Tia

The boot is better on the 700 and the material has a bit of stretch in it, although I've had the 650 for about 3 years and had no issues or leaks. I spent a morning in my local lake last month installing barley straw and they were absolutely fine.
