I brought this for my 10ft set up as a spod reel, never had an issue with it.

I was in this exact position and bought this very pleased with it I was torn between the Sonic and the Okuma
for the excellent Tackle. Box Darent Valley 10ft 3.75lb spod rod

I have exactly the same rod a reel set up for just over £100 great set up
