I have since 2007 and in 15 years and over 30+ trips I've never had my own booking always gone with anglers I know who fish it I hit the place hard the first few years having 5 or 6 trips some years accepting all offers from mates who fish the venue for the last 10 years its been 1/2 trips a year, I was there last week and actually got my first booking for Autumn 2025.
As everyone advises the only option ever really is to be invited by someone you may know with a booking, there is no need for them to answer the phone or emails to anglers when they have 26 visiting weekly for 51 weeks of the year a lot of repeat returning anglers some that have fished it for over 20+ years, in terms of availability it is not to dissimilar to any other successful commercial lake with repeat custom these types of venues would rarely advertise availability or have any need to.
2024 the bookings are all taken so I had no option for next year and from the diary I could see most of 2025 is full and they have up to around October this year with anglers visiting to fill the remainder which is approximately when 2026 diary will open, although some of the longtime loyal anglers to the venue will have 2026 bookings already, they have enough repeat business not to warrant or accommodate any more.

I owe a few trips back to those good enough to have taken me over the years, ask me again around 2040 if I'm still around I should of cleared the favors by then, thinking about it I could book two swims for the same period I'm there and give the other one back to my mates meaning I could return the favors in half the time and take mates who would love to go, try me in 2033.
My friend had 3 trips booked last year but with the fires they were all cancelled, not sure if he has anymore booked but I'm sure he told me it's pascals boys now that are mainly running it.

Yes that's right Max is basically running it these days Paul is running his Pharmacy in Bordeaux.
We lost a trip last October due to the fires but thankfully still had our trip for Early April just gone on the island so I managed to get a booking for 2025 for two weeks and my mate got one as well, it was a slow week for us but good weights on the fish coming out, 53lb was my best so happy with that a 50lb+ is always my target at Rainbow, this week has started with a bang with three of the UK anglers all having 70lb+ commons, one of those came from the front of the island the swim I was in last week.
