Hello. Anyone using these rods that can tell me if they are suitable for casting solid bags? Normally use 3.5 but I can get a good deal on 3.25. Thanks.

I have the 3lbers and have no issue casting 70 or so yards, not need to cast further than that though im afraid

I have the 3.5's and can hit 80/90 yards with ease 3oz lead and small stringer
So would imaging the 3.25's would be ok for a similar distance

Ok. Ideally I want 3.5's but the 3.25's are on a good deal. Was just worried about casting solid bags with them
