I've bought the front pannier bags for my mk2 Porter,the ones that sit at the front of the barrow frame over the front wheel.They fit with velcro and a plastic buckle.what I wanted to know is there's a velcro strip at the top each side I wondered what these are for?all the pics on the net show these I'd understand it if it was for a flap to close the bags but there open.
I must be missing something obvious,just wondered.
