Hi anybody ordered off xcell baits as i made and paid for an order on the 9th of feb and havent heard a thing.ive emailed.phoned and left a message .i just thought it would be here by now.not sure how long it takes to be honest . Might just be really busy Thanks mel

I'd chase it up if I were you. I've bought bait from Shaun at Xcel for years and have always been very prompt with great communication. I feel somehow your order may have slipped through the net if you've not heard anything.

Ive tried every way possible and still nothing.not sure what to do to be honest .if anyone can kindly try and get in touch it would be much appreciated.other than that im stumped!.
No matter whats going on with the chap he could at least get in touch .ordered on the ninth and now its the 24th . I wish i lived nearer but im miles away

Hi no not a thing! Ive gone through paypal to get my money back .and its now paid back.not happy with him to be honest .he could be poorly or gone bankrupt or family matters etc .but he or family could let me know whats going on .i paid and the order was accepted etc then feckall.but heyho . Hes just not answering phone,txts,emails,messages on his site.facebook. .strange tbh .dont know the chap but hope hes ok
