Does anyone know which receiver is compatible with the MX+ digital alarm ?

None, the MX+ doesn't have radio.

You could use the Gardner tackle Attx v2 remote system with plug in dongles that go in the alarms . Fox did the TXR remote system that had leads that plugged into the alarms and you mounted a receiver on the buzzbars next to the alarms and you had another remote your probably find that older fox system on eBay

Looking at getting these. I thought the new Mx alarms are the receiver ones I.e there's only one model ?

Yes the very latest mx alarms are the receiver ones it's the fox mx & mx+ older models that didn't have fox receiver remotes

Great alarms for the price! Myself and 2 mates have them. Pretty much bomb proof
