I've fished Tara at Cudmore twice and caught well. Few of my mates haven't though so we are considering George's instead which is classed as a runs water. Anyone fished it? Is it worth it?

If your mates are new to fishing then ye it's a good place to get a bend in the rod and improve as anglers just small stuff around 5-10lb. cudmore is where I take mates that haven't really fished before . The place gets a bad rep and the fish aren't the best lookers but as somewhere to start off it's decent
