I've only used braid and some bits and pieces of end tackle. Sometimes pecheur.com has offers on their stuff. Haven't had any contact with the company though.
To be honest though, my experience with French customer services have never been great. A reply to an email seems to be very difficult. I suppose they prefer the phone, but I don't trust my French enough. Perhaps you would have less difficulty?

I'm not based in England, I'm in Germany. It will be difficult for any new tackle company to gain a foothold in the UK, particularly an EU company. The market is fairly well tied up. Unless they are particularly innovative or very cheap.
I know a certain German tackle company that have good quality gear but their products aren't widely available in the UK, if at all?
I like the Prowess products I have used. Particularly the lead clips. I fish a lot on the rivers with heavy leads and the Prowess lead clips with the wire insert are up to the job.
