Looking at Phones with a good camera for self takes and have seen the Asus Zenfone 8 Flip....the camera lenses flip round from the back for "selfies".
Using the phone for self-takes with a good timer App is much more convenient than setting up the DSLR and messing about with Intervalometers or wireless remotes but the quality of a lot of front facing cameras is not a patch on the rear ones.
Anyone used the Asus model? Looks a decent bit of kit...... or any other suggestions?

Matt something else to consider save having to buy a new phone look on www.aliexpress.com website at the Unlanzi ST-30 phone mount with a mounted mirror on top of it . which can be angled to show the front screen on the phone so you can see what the better back camera is seeing for self takes
