Been a few times, Gavin the new owner has really improved the whole fishery,
You can now push a barrow around the whole lake without breaking your neck tripping over tree roots and you no longer have to bivvy up in mud there's more than enough stone on all the pegs and paths for drainage & I would recommend taking long pegs for your bivvies too also the lodge is a massive improvement too there's now a large kitchen area with 2x freezers for bait& food microwave, cooker & they even provide charged leisure batteries for anglers to take to their pegs & Dave the bailiff goes above and beyond to help everyone nothing is ever to much trouble for him and there improving the lake even more for the coming season check out there website for details & there's certainly no shortage of fish in there either.
