Poles seem very weak compared to older trackers in the past. Just had on snap all tracker say is you can buy a replacement. Does seem right when you have spent over 700 quid. Anyone else having similar issues

How long have you had it mate, is it a warranty case? Call them back and speak to someone else, lay it on thick and say you've been a long time Trakker customer and disappointed . However sometimes the only way to get anywhere is to kick up a fuss.

How old is it? Take it back to the point of sale, they are responsible for the aftersales, no trakker. No idea why, within the fishing workd, everyone goes straight to the manufacturer. If it was a pair of trainers youd not be going direct to nike would you. Youre contract is with the shop, not trakker.
