Be interested to hear from anyone who has visited the lakes/ stayed in the accommodation previously. Considering booking a couple of dates up and wondered if any of the lodges/ swims fish better at any time of the year? Not knowing the venue I don't want to book up in say December only to find the water in front of the lodge I've booked is 2ft deep and all the fish are stacked at the other end...

There is a map on their website giving approximate depths, I fished it once and bottom is like an egg box
