Any 1 know about old self printing photography stuff?

Clearing out the loft and found a few bits.

Kodak precision enlarger model 2
And another thing made by
The gamer engineering company Dorset
A box of Ilford photo paper
And a few chemicals.

When my dad died 16 years ago, he left behind a few film based SLR's and a home printing kit. I managed to flog the SLR's (bit of a struggle) but nobody was interested in the enlarger. I tried a second hand camera store and they weren't remotely interested and so it went to the tip. DSLR's and computer manipulation software have marched on in that time and makes you old kit even more obsolete, I'm afraid.

Yer id thought ill hold in untill a new skip comes tuesday then it can go. It is a big bulky bit of kit

Please don't stick it in a skip, it will only end up in landfill, take it to a recycling centre where it can be separated into electric, metals, general waste etc.


Or are you on Facebook Freecycle etc , maybe offer it for free, there are loads of people who take stuff just because it's free. What they do with some of the stuff I've seen offered I don't know but it always seems to go.

There are still some 35mm cameras enthusiasts about, maybe they will be interested.
