Im fishing a mega weedy, lake at massive distance with the bait boat, maybe 350yds?
I need to drop the lead when im reeling in no matter what, ive got to get the rig up over the weed, but i cant fof the life of me work out how to do it!

Couple of different options.
Low breaking strain mono to tie the lead to the swivel.
Pressure of the weed will snap the "link"
You can also buy running lead clips from FOX where you can use one of their pva strips to secure the lead for boating out but as soon as its picked up by a carp or has resistance off weed it will drop.
Fox Edges Angled Drop Off Run Ring
Fox PVA Strips
You can also buy lead clips where the lead is secured by a wire strip now if you reverse the clip so its up side down and then tie a load of pva tape to secure the lead it will drop everytime when reeling. (MCF Dumper clips) Ridge monkey also do a similar design.
I have used all 3 methods to good effect.

Even with no lead how do you get a carp in from 350 yards with all that weed?

Don't do it.
If you are cheesed off winding leads in with difficulty, imagine how you would feel hooking and losing a nice carp after all that effort.
Fish somewhere else mate. within casting range and with a better hook to land chance ratio.

MCF dumper clips are absolutely brilliant, you can just reverse the clip and use PVA tape when dropping lead onto your spot. If you get a take then it will drop the lead, downside is you will also drop the lead if you just reel in!!!!
So you may be better off using clip in correct orientation.
