I've had my Daiwa tournie 5000t's for many years now and love them . Internally they are in great working order (apart from the normal tournie sounds) having had them serviced a couple of years ago . Cosmetically they are a bit tatty like most with paint missing from the usual areas . I'm just wondering if anyone has had any success having the reel body's re-painted the original colour or indeed had new bodies fitted . I don't want to spend a fortune and would want them back to original looking . Thanks in advance 👍

Reel Tech in March are excellent.

Had my tourneys done last year, strip, see ice, repair and paint. Came back like new in every way.

Thanks . Just had a look on there Facebook page and they look rather good . Was the paint colour back to original and how robust is the new paint finish , thanks?
