I've got two "New direction quick release adapters".
Quick release my Ar@e ❗

Am I doing something wrong ❓. I lift straight upwards and bugger all happens.
I use them on my camera bankstick, but it will not separate "quickly"
Is there a technique and I'm just a numbnuts or what.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
