Hi guys ,

I went to a local tackle shop yesterday to check these beds out. It ticks all the boxes , I particularly like the size and comfort factor. I basically bought the bed but when we started putting it away I noticed the adjustable legs were quite loose . They weren't spring loaded and seemed to be falling out on there own accord. I first I thought I was doing something wrong but after inspection it seems that's how they are designed .

I had a look at the new nash bed to check the adjustable legs on that and they seemed so much more solid and better made. Has anyone got the leveltech who can confirm whether the legs are a bit pants or am I being overly fussy ?

Avid beds are not very good,legs failing,frames bending and stitching falling apart.It would not surprise me if you have got a faulty one,it's pretty much what avid do

That's mega frustrating, the size and comfort are perfect for me . I know they had issues with the legs on the old ones so they have obviously tried to address that but the adjustable legs seemed a rubbish idea to me.

I would take it back to the shop to see what they say

I never bought it , I was just about too until I saw the leg mechanism .
