Does this brolly free stand before pegging down ? I have a Tempest lite which is falling to bits and looking to replace with this ?

I have the 100T and it is solid and a very good bivvy.
Once I fan it out, I clip the tension strap on, peg it down and then remove the tension strap if I'm not using the groundsheet so I don't trip over it.

If you mean lightweight as in easily damaged then I have not found this to be the case. It's decent.
If you mean lightweight as in doesn't weigh a lot then personally that's a positive for a brolly.

The material is very good, tough and lightweight.
I have the Skull Cap Wrap which I use is all weather and it's very warm when it's cold and very little condensation in the heat.
Certainly one of the best bivvies I've used.

The materials ok but when you get bright moonlit nights it's like someone's left the light on inside. And the slightest bit of sun you cook inside.
Buy a camo hide would be my recommendation.

I bought a 100T from Cheam Angling this morning and it came with a free 100 social cap. Trakker are doing some deals at the moment apparently. I have heard they are about to announce a new bivvy though.

I use the 100t as a quick shelter. Just chuck it up over the bed, is no wind then I don't page it down. I don't use the tension strap either. I have just bought the 100 skull cap and it fitted straight on to the 100t so with a little luck I'll cut down a little of the condensation I get in the morning.
All in all, very happy with it for the warmer nights. Now the rains are here ill go back to the titan till spring and the drier nights come back

I use the 100T, nothing but positive feedback from me on them. Lightweight, super quick to erect/pack down and great head height 👍
