Liquid Flavours, You mix them in with the fresh liquid eggs, sweeteners, etc, when you make them from scratch.
Before you add base mix powder gradually to a smooth plasticine paste ball.

For a beginner the Easiest and most economical way until you get the hang of rolling and boiling them is buy something that will roll well, and is a proven bait.

Buy a ready made base mix, from a reputable company and the liquid attractors, and/or oil that this particular company supply to use with it.

Say
Premier baits fishmeal mix/salmon oil
mainline cell and Activator
Trent baits, Ready To Roll Boilie Base Mix Kit
Dynamite Baits, the source kit
AA Baits have a range to look at.
Nutrabaits Big Fish Mix.
