Is night fishing banned on all french rivers?

Planning on fishing a section of the Seine just south east of Troyes for couple days... but should it be illegal will just stick to the days and wind in of a night.

No. Plenty of rivers have night zones.

Certain departments have dedicated areas for night fishing.
If you stay on a day fishing zone and wind in you still can be fined for camping.
Be aware that it depends on the 'garde du Peche' and the local policy of tolerance .
