For some reason one of my PowerAero spools clicker is very quiet when the spool cap is slackened off compared to the others. All 3 were fine and until recently. I cannot find any obvious issues. Anyone experienced the same and what was the remedy. T.i.a.

Yep seems to be a problem with shimano reels with their poor the spool clickers to being crap on them very quite like the Ultegra models stuffer seems like the spring isn't strong enough. You can get upgraded spool clicker offers more surface area at the end of the metal clicker look on eBay custom reel king sell them as do shimano felindre on eBay £4.99 each per spool very easy to fit yourself different shape metal clicker or look on www.customreelking.com website if you don't do eBay
