Has anyone used or got a Kodex sxi 11.8ft floater rod?

Looks a real nice rod and I've wanted a dedicated floater rod I can keep setup in a sleeve as I'm certain this cost me a fish this weekend, but what makes a good floater rod? Aesthetically the kodex to me looks lovely, or would an esp floater rod be a much better choice for an extra 40 quid?

I've got an esp one and found it great for the job. I'm looking for a nice soft action for use with light lines and lower gauge hooks. That's all I require for my floater rod really esp one fits the bill
