That's really not a lot of money for a solar charger but will get you a cheap Chinese generic branded panel or a ring one. I know nothing about either so can't really advise.

What I will say is don't fall for one of the powerbanks with built in solar..... I've still not seen a single one that is any good and most fib about the battery capacity or the time it takes to solar recharge the bank. Expect a week to recharge itself without any other use and you'll be close to right

Why don't you consider a mobile USB battery pack, for example, a Yobon 30,000 MaH which will charge your phone about 8 times and costs about the same as your budget.

I agree, I'm not sure spending the extra on a solar panel is worth is. I'd rather have a few power banks that I know are fully charged for a similar price.

I've got this Anker one and it charges my phone more than I can use on a weekends fishing.

if you use any solar panel it is still better to charge power bank first with it and not phone directly as phones are hard to charge because of ups&down in energy flow...
