I seen some photos of people using 6ft extractor rods on fairly large waters the rods are set up on a pod and I was very surprised to se the large carp they catch on them mid 30s I always thought these rods where for close in flicking under trees a bushes anyone use them as normal carp set up just interested to know what there like to use

I have 2lb 6ft dwarfs, I only use them on the canal and for flicking in margins. Great little rods and a great price too

I have a set of 10' rods and a set of 6' dwarfs but these are for light travelling and canals or fishing close in had a few on them but nothing big

My mate won a 2 3/4 6 foot dwarf from one of the giveaway sites, he got it out Saturday to show me, came in handy, I used it to pick some chicken out of my teeth.

I've had fish up to mid 20 on a 6ft rod. It takes some getting used to, but it's great fun.
