What can you do to protect your hands from the acid ? Im using latex gloves but if a drops get on my fingers they still smell a little after them even when washing them in sodium bicarbonat.

Maybe barrier cream before you put the gloves on.

Bain of my life, the sodium bicarb usually works on pure butyric acid, maybe there is other carriers mixed with yours keeping it stuck on? maybe try swarfega after a bi carb wash, then a bit of lemon on the hands. its annoying having lemony smelling hands but better than butyric smelling hands

it works quite good but when i hold my hands to my nose i still have a slight sweetish smell on them...

I dont think its something different as everything else are just flavours and hydros
