Just got some Maltbys liquids whille they were cheap. Hoping to have a play with light (oil) and heavy (liver, molasses etc) liquids in groundbait/spod mix to see if I can attract fish in to my swim.
The idea is to mix both, and get attraction going up and down in the water to send signals out to fish in the lake.
Anyone tried this tactic and have any success, or experience to share?

If you fish bags why don't you coat the bags in it as well,I do it as it gets food signals into the water columns done it Wednesday night and had an 18:12 common out , normally use this tactic down on canals in spring/summer as I fish a stretch that's roughly 14 miles between locks and it stops the carp in their tracks.

all the time, ratios are important at different times of the year, I like when oil droplets disperse at the surface and send heavy liquids back down. I dont do it if theres a blow on though
