Has anybody tried to contact him recently? Was r quick on response few months ago but recently heard nothing from my messages

My brother ordered online but got a refund without response or reason. Wonder if they have gone bust, anybody heard anything?

I ordered a pair poss November and didn't have my size, but he messaged me telling me I could wait or get a refund, I took a refund. I then re ordered few months later but still out of stock, once again he messaged to let me know and said he was expecting them sound mid jan. heard nothing, got nothing and Iv messaged him via the website twice, tried calling the number and sent a message via his Facebook page. Seems strange as he was so quick to reply last time

Wish i had seen this before ordering. I ordered over a week ago, website said delivery 1-2 days. Heard nothing, not even a confirmation email and no reply to messages. Still took the money though.
