Can anyone tell me Just wanted to know what is the best 3 rod size prolite black bars non adjustable ones so that castizm reels fit also I see there is quite a big difference in width from front to back ones so what would be the best combination bearing in mind don't want them to wide as going on a nano pod that's the reason for asking don't want them to look silly so what is the smallest I can get away with

Get the 2+1. They have notches when extending so you can have them as wide as you want and don't have to fully extend them.

I know these aren't the fixed bars that you were asking about but I thought these might help a bit with sizing. These are Diawa Entohs

Put your rods/reels across some chairs and set them to the distance of the bars you are looking at to see what suits you best
