Placed my first order today for some Kryston items no one else had in stock. 2hrs later a call from them. I've dropped one of your items behind a rack and can't get it out. So I'll put in an alternative then next week I'll send you the correct item and you keep the alternative item.

Shame their prices are so ridiculous, must be the most expensive tackle shop in the country. Consistently 10-20%+ more than competitors!

I decided to give them a wide berth after all the mystery bags (think when they started out) and the odd videos/social media that were borderline cult like.
