As per thread title. So the reasoning for my suggestion is that unless you can see the physical address of the link, using the embedded link option is very open to malicious types sending you to God knows where. I think it's far better to be able to see the whole link than what you've got going on now.

Think about all the goons spamming this site recently, only takes one sketchy actor to use the embedded link feature to send you to some shady site where you end up downloading some keystroke software onto your machine/phone/tablet, you know?

Just a thought.
