Anyone have any experience using Shimano TX2 floaters rods?
Looking at using these as my ledger rods on a small water with fish averaging 10lbs.

Just got a pair of Shimano Ci14 5500 CTX which I think will sit lovely on the TX2 floaters and TX2 3lb's.
Will let you peeps know how it goes as no one has experience of the TX2 floaters for both applications. 👍

Update for anyone interested.
Fished a small pool with TX2 2lb floaters, Ci14 5500, 12lb Korda Subline with a running rig, 1.5 oz flat pear, Stick Krill 14mm and a small stick of pva mesh bag of mixed size Sticky Krill pellets.
Pool has quite a few fish in the 10lb bracket with mid doubles up to 24lb and no snags, bars or other underwater hazards and is only around 50 x70yds.
Had 3 fish to 11.5lbs and no problem using the floater rods for ledgering and they handled the tackle really well.
Think I've answered my own question but hope this helps anyone not chasing the big girls on a smaller fish runs water to maybe go a bit lighter.
Really like the TX2 as I have 3lb tc's and it's a shame Shimano don't do it in 10ft 2.75lb cork handle.
