I know they get a hard time for their prices, just thought I'd give them a positive mention in respect of them replacing bits that I've bought and have gone wonky. No quibbles, send pics of busted gear and they're prepared to replace like for like.

Got to say, I'm impressed with them 🙂

Their customer service is superb,I had the original stainless banksticks,I managed to knacker one after the design had been changed.They were willing to make me one and ship it to my local shop with their next order.

Don't need them now,they are too expensive

There customer service is second to none and unlike some companies they reply to messages straight away on messenger. They even made me some bankstick outer tubes with the original points to match my older banksticks as the new ones have a different point. They got a machinist to do them specially for me as they dont make that point anymore. I dont know any other company that would do that.

They told me on here there were no plans to make black bankware so I purchased a stainless super compact set up.. within a few months, black prolite
Great gear but now in my room 101 with thinking anglers, I chucked about £100 worth in the Thames out of principle
