As a novice roller I would like to find out the following :
Does whey gel and egg albumen once made into a boilie with your various other ingredients, does it go off? If it does how long does it take roughly vs fresh egg boilies?
Is there a difference in boilie quality between whey gel and egg albumen and fresh eggs?

It can be much more expensive from a supermarket in tiny 7g sachets.
Egg albumen is ok as is whey gel, WPC80 and blood plasma firm up a bait throughout.
Remember different hardeners have different levels of solubility there's no reason for them to lock the bait up too much
