I have seen this included in a few basemix recipes but have never used it. Does anyone have any experience of using this to boost the nutritional value/ vitamin content of a bait? 50g/ kg has been mentioned previously.

I wouldn't put a mix together without using it now, been that way for 10 + years for me.
50g/kg seems very high though! If my mix has lots of ingredients already high in vitamins then I might drop to 5g/kg but generally I use 10g/kg, maybe 15g/kg in an otherwise low vitamin mix.
On one recent podcast with a well known bait expert he said he doesn't use Selenavite as 'its made for horses not fish and smells funny' to him...... WTF has that got to do with it, half the stuff in bait smells funny to me!. He suggested two alternatives both of which are made for dogs and use the same basic ingredients
There are possibly two or three better vitamin mixes out there but not available to the home roller or in small enough quantities for home rolling (fresh is best with any supplement like this).

Brewers yeast has some vitamins, couple of the B types I think, but is not full of them!

Selenavite has a decent mix, not perfect (no vitamin C), but a good addition to almost any bait mix:
ADDITIVES (per 1kg)
Nutritional Additives Vitamins:
Vitamin A 1,000,000iu
Vitamin D3 200,000iu
Vitamin E (as α-Tocopheryl acetate) 40,000mg
Choline Chloride 12,000mg
Niacinamide 2,000mg
Vitamin B1 1,500mg
Vitamin B2 1,200mg
Pantothenic acid 1,000mg
Vitamin B6 800mg
Folic Acid 800mg
Vitamin K 200mg
Biotin 40mg
Vitamin B12 4,000mcg

I had planned to use it (got two 500g tubs due to a posting error) but then didn't and was going to sell them.
Pete, would you add this to any mix? Also, I had noticed it doesn't have vit c in it - worth adding some ascorbic acid to it also?
If anyone does want an unopened 500g tub of this stuff then DM me. I'll post it to you cheap as chips.

Most papers/books refer back to a study be Satoh published in 1991, not much new since then. The 7th page in this PDF is a summary of that study https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://academic.oup.com/jas/article-pdf/69/10/4193/22670156/4193.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjcnM7Hj4z0AhVOsKQKHThICZYQFnoECCgQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0m7D3QBG4YhtCS1NnTEZe4
Vitamin C is so hard to workout being so soluble and oxidises so quickly in bait but they all agree it is beneficial to carp, I also think it stimulates carp to look for food but is hit and miss.
Only drawback to most of these studies is they are looking at pure nutrition for optimal growth not for outright attraction.
Hope that gives you something to think about.

Thanks Pete. I've got some creative ideas for using it post boiling...
Or I'll just use orange juice in my soak

I read an old article last night about using Selenavite in a bait soak/glug type situation.
Its something I have played with over the last 2-3 years but with no fishing time at the moment I make baits I then can't use/try out other than on my pond fish who will eat almost anything if they see me put it in (other than some Nash squid pop-ups they just would never touch
