I've recently purchased 5kg of 15mm cc Moore live system, shelf life.opened them for 1st session and stored them in my garage. Two weeks later opened the sealed pack and the boilies have white spots on them! Is this mold or maybe sugars?? Any ideas guys?

Used to get a good White crust on Tutties years back, that was the sugars leaching out due to heat.
Bait in a garage at this time of year especially with all the rain we've had and dropping temps id bet on mold.
