Hi,

I own the shimano ultegra xtd 14000 reels and I've heard about upgrading the washers in the reel can increase performance ?

Can someone point me in the right direction, is this worth it, and where's the best place to get washers ?

Thanks. Ive just checked their website and see they do Ice washers. Im gonna give them a call now.

Can't understand why you need to replace them in the first place,mine are super smooth and have been since they came out
