Hi. Want to make some wafters using a blend of Polaris p/u and Essential Opal. Going for a 1 egg mix to start . What sort if %ge Polaris to Opal should I be aiming for ,was thinking 50/50?

I always find its a bit mix dependant but if you start with 1 cup polaris to 2 cups of the opel base mix you will probably be okay, personally I would add a little bit of egg albumin to toughen up the surface of your baits.
