I think you might have to play around, not every reel is identical and you may need more washers on some than others.
If you do it and are not happy, you can wind the line back onto distance sticks, change the washers, and reel it back on. It's a bit of a faff but worth the effort to get it how you want it.

If it's conening to the rear more to the front of the spool less as said a bit of fiddling around until you're happy!!

They won't have any line on. Just hoping I didn't have to trial and error
I've owned loads of daiwa reels and i know how all washers work, im, quite OCD on it and I found generally the line lay is quite consistent I just wanted to know what is needed on these particular reels. I've certainly never used different washers for the same reel, seems odd to me.
generally with daiwa reels is usually 1 thick red and 1 thin red as standard, although tournies do have just the one of their own type. just want longbeam user experience please

You may find you only have one thick red washer on the long beams I know I did, all three spooled up differently but as your filling them from empty you be able to adjust the washers early on to get a even line lay.
