Just your thoughts on this situation lake is suppose to have 250 fish only couple of carp out but few bream and sturgeon lake is 11acre dosnt fill me with confidence for my week

250 fish or carp?
There have been lakes advertising to the best sounding scenario in the past I think, like the ones that may have 1 x 50 but state something like 250 carp to over 50lb but then strangely have tons of pics of smaller carp only (just an example)
Although could obviously just be a bad week on the lake, poor anglers or conditions etc

Hard to say if you are not there to see what is happening... Was fishing few weeks ago and it was the same thing only a few fish out (but many garassies, bream and sturgeon) so had the same worries but by walking around the lake and searching I found majory of fish where you cant fish and they were all there because of high water level... A few wandered out and were caught but that was it... And lets be honest 250 fish in 11 acres is not much and can easily be shoaled up somewhere... You will have much better idea what is going on when you see it by yourself.
