Would you guys say an N-Trap semi stiff hooklink is stiff enough to avoid tangles around a helicopter lead setup?
I almost always use a lead clip set up however areas of my current syndicate are getting veryyyy silty so planning on using a helicopter set up to ensure that my rig is always presenting.

N-Trap semi stiff will be fine for what you want. Give it a steam and I've never had a problem. Doesnt knot as well as others but I like it for helicopters, just make sure you feather it/ stop the cast on impact with water and most hooklengths with a degree of stiffness should be fine
