I don't use a Carryall anymore and I've just used one of these boxes for years, waterproof, rodent proof and double up as a decent bivvy table.

Likewise, I have used storage boxes for years.
I have one that fits perfectly in my barrow framework that holds all my food, cooking equipment etc so it's a simple job of just lifting it out of the barrow and into the Bobby. Plus it's easier to clean than a bag.
I did post pictures of it years ago in the forum for someone who was curious about how I do it, whether the posting still survives I don't know.
And I also have one to keep my Baitboat in. Far better than a bag as less chance of crushing the boat if you strap it down on top of barrow. Plus it keeps the boat Handset, batteries, sonar screen etc dry if you leave it outside and it rains.
Clear boxes are best I find as you can find things easier by just looking through the side for what you want instead of rummaging.
Storage boxes break easy though, the Euro boxes off EBay are far stronger.

I like the aqua staxx but not the prices, do these come in different sizes like the aqua staxx ones.

Regarding the Aqua Staxx boxes. I have just done a comparison with the Euro boxes on Ebay, and you could buy the 30 litre Euro box with a lid for about £13. That is £33 cheaper than the Aqua 30 litre box. Some Ebay sites may be cheaper but there is a bigger range of them from what Aqua do. I use them without lids and just stack them so no lid needed.
The Aqua boxes are just copies off the Euro box.

I'd like one for my x boat - thought the 150l might fit but seems not. Any ideas for a tough box min interternal size

A 172 litre Euro box 80 x 60 x 42 would be large enough, but they are "£54 off Ebay. But it could be overkill size wise., you could even leave the antenna attached.
For that price, you could make a good one using 2mm ply and a strong wooden framework inside.
